At Local Phu Quoc, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness for all our guests.
Cancellations by Guests
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the selected tour date. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour. This is due to the logistical nature of our tours and the need to allocate resources and staff in advance.
Cancellations by Us or Due to Weather
- In the event that we are forced to cancel a tour due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
- If we need to cancel a tour for any reason, we will notify you as early as possible and provide the option for a full refund or rescheduling the tour for another date.
